Application recommendation:
For a trial running of new saw blade, low feeding speed in the first 10 minutes of initial cutting is indispensable for an automatic machine so as to extend long service life. Only after 10 minutes can the speed be accelerated.
Selection of saw blade rotation speed and feeding speed:
It depends on the tenacity, hardness and section of materials to be cut. The higher tenacity, the higher hardness. The materials of larger section shall choose saw blades of lower rotation speed and lower feeding speed; on the contrary, the materials of lower tenacity, lower hardness and smaller section shall choose saw blades of higher rotation speed and higher feeding speed.
By observing saw chips, you can judge if the cutting is in good condition:
The thin or powder saw chips indicate the cutting pressure is too low. The fine and soft saw chips indicate overload for cutting. The long spiral wire chips show it is in a good condition.
The possible problems and precautions during use of round saw blade:
The inferior materials supplied by some suppliers may contain too much impurities for the reason of competition in cost, which may lead to crack of materials to be cut or unsmooth surface on the materials.When poor quality table of low price is used, it may result in vibration during cutting and shaking between upper and lower clearances due to low tenacity during production process, which may influence the cutting property of saw blade.

Abnormal sound during sawing

1. The saw tooth is not sharp enough or the tooth is broken.

1. During cutting, the feeding rack collides and shakes for misalignment. The table has not be verified during assembly.

1. It is required to check the positioning ruler of feeding rack and align the level of table properly.

2. The saw blade which is deformed for pressure has been used.

2. The saw blade shall be placed properly in vertical direction to avoid pressure on it.

3. The materials to be cut are deformed and irregular.

3. The correct cutting speed shall be chosen according to different materials. The tooth number shall be chosen based on wall thickness of materials.

4. The cutting is too fast and the tooth number is not correct.

Damaged saw blade or broken tooth

4. Different materials to be cut require different tooth shape and tooth number. The selection shall be correct according to requirements. One size of saw blade cannot cut any material.

5. During initial cutting, the work-piece is too sharp and thin. The material is too hard.

5. Adjust the standard rotation speed of material to be cut.

6. The saw blade is too blunt. Too high cutting load can tear saw blade or use work-piece for cutting and rotation.
